    Site Survey - We will evaluate your network, and meet with you to discuss your company goals and budget. We will provide a written summary of our findings and recommendations.

    Network Design / Installation - Plaza IT will prepare a written proposal which will detail all hardware and software recommendations along steps necessary to accomplish your goals. These projects can be performed on a time and material basis or flat fee arrangement to remove any chance of going over budget with unexpected hours. From wiring your facility to determining which server, workstations or printers are needed our staff will coordinate and manage the project from start to finish.

    Network Administration - To keep your network running at maximum performance and efficiency, Plaza IT maintains business networks utilizing best practices, preventative maintenance, and scheduled network tuning allow your company to realize the following benefits:

    • A checklist is maintained on-site to document activities.
    • Networking expenses are maintained in a yearly budget.
    These plans are tailored to your company's specific needs and frequency to meet your budget and the needs of your business.

    Maintenance Agreements - To suit your business needs, Plaza IT offers Monthly Service Agreements to allow you to budget your IT costs in one low monthly fee. We also offer Service Banks which allow you to take advantage of discounts on banks of time by pre-purchasing time. Either way, preventative maintenance with every plan we offer minimizes costly downtime and delivers exceptional value regardless of your budget.





Mobile Computing

    Business networks can get very expensive to operate and maintain especially when providing secure mobile user connectivity. Plaza IT can assist in reviewing your options to develop cost effective strategies.

    Web Hosting - If you are in need of reliable web hosting we can do offer web hosting services that will accommodate the needs of the most demanding online applications.





Help Desk

    Open a Trouble Ticket - Existing clients can access the trouble ticket system. Cases are reviewed and callbacks are usually completed and resolved within 24 hours.

    Phone Support - By contacting our help desk we will attempt to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. All technicians have desktop streaming capability which allows us to see your desktop via the internet.

    After Hours Emergency - Our normal hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm CST, excluding holidays. This service is provided to clients at a rate of $250 per hour, with a 30 minute minimum.
